  23.                 This text file is the beginning of the body of the

  115.                 I did at the beginning of this document.

  143.                 standard setting, if you change the standard you have

  145.                 the standard.
  146.                 Method Two, above, is probably a better approach.
  147.                 Then, if you need to print a file independently, you
  148.                 can always copy the Header and Footer definitions from
  149.                 the
